London Office

Simon has worked in Executive Search since 1998. He is a former banker having previously spent 6 years working in Capital Markets, in Derivatives Sales.

Simon joined Gibson Tullberg in 2008, taking responsibility for the office in London. Before this he spent 7 years at a large Financial Services executive search firm where he headed the Wealth Management team.

He has an extensive network of contacts across the Wealth and Asset Management marketplace and a long track record of senior level placements within the industry, both in the UK and internationally.

Michele is responsible for Asset Management search out of London. She joined in 2011 from Hanson Green where she was Head of Financial Services conducting global searches in asset management from 1999.

She now has over 20 years' executive search experience, and has specialised in asset management for over 15 years. She started her career in general financial services research at Goddard Kay Rogers, before moving to The Consulting Group in 1995. Michele is a graduate in Law and Psychology.

Will leads private client investment management coverage in London with a nationwide reach.

He came to Executive Search having spent several years at an executive level within a private sector outsourcing business. He previously spent 4 years as Director of a large educational charity through which he had extensive contact with the Wealth and Asset Management sector. 

Additionally, he served as an Army officer for 16 years. His varied career has enabled him to build and nurture an extensive network of contacts across the wealth management and wider financial services marketplace.

James joined Gibson Tullberg in 2009 and is now Head of Research, responsible for the Research function across our three offices.

He and the team work closely with the consultants on a wide range of projects. He has extensive experience in managing high profile mandates on an international scale.

Prior to Gibson Tullberg James worked at a large Financial Services executive search firm in a similar research position. He has a degree in Politics from Newcastle University.
